Pet odour removal is one of the more difficult challenges for carpet and lounge cleaners.

What do we come in?

Chem-Dry has a unique PURT system which is a chemical enzyme process of getting rid of the urine smell. The carpets are generally immersed in PURT and then left to dry over a couple of days. We recommend that a return visit is made where the whole carpet is also professionally cleaned after the pet odour removal process has been completed.

Tips to help deal with pet stains

• React as soon as you find the stain.
• Invest in a dry/wet vac (a water extractor) to help quickly remove as much of the spillage as possible.
• Use water on the stain and extract again.
• Blot the stain with an absorbent towel. Use the amazing Chem-Dry spot remover to help remove the stain.
